DMCA and takedowns
Last updated 1 November 2026
We remove content that infringes copyright or uses someone's likeness without consent. This page explains how to report it and how to dispute a removal.
Sending a notice
Email us and include: the work you own (a link or a description), the URL of the video on this site, your name, address, phone and email, a statement that you believe the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable the reported video within 48 hours of a complete notice and tell the account holder what was removed.
Counter-notices
If your video was removed and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, email us with the URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a court in your district. We may restore the video 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original reporter tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are terminated and their remaining credits are not refunded. The same applies to accounts that repeatedly upload photos of people who did not consent: one confirmed report gets the video removed, a second gets the account closed.
