Refund policy

Short version: a render that fails costs you nothing, and credits you have not spent can be refunded within 14 days.

Failed generations

If a video fails to render, times out, or is cancelled before it finishes, the credits go back to your account automatically, usually within a minute. Nothing to request. If you see a charge for a job that never produced a video and the credits did not return, email us with the job link and we fix it.

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund of credits you have not spent within 14 days of buying them, as long as none of that pack has been used. Credits spent on a video that rendered successfully are not refundable — the render already cost us money upstream, and the file is yours to keep. Disliking the result is not a failure: a clip where the hands smear, the faces drift or the cut lands late can be refunded by email, but a clip you simply do not like is a reason to generate again, not a refund.

How to ask

Email us from the address on your account, with the approximate date of the purchase and the email you paid with. We answer within two business days and refund to the original payment method; your bank usually shows it within five to ten days. Statutory rights in your country are not affected by this policy.
